
Are You Ready to be a College Student?
If so, you can earn up to a year's worth of college credit online by enrolling in UA Early College. You'll get a taste of college life, and a jump on earning your college degree. Step 1: Apply to UA Early CollegeStudents who are admitted to Early College move on to Step 2.Applicants will receive email and/or phone contact from UA Early College once their application materials are received. Step 2: Participate in a Gateway SessionOnce you have successfully completed and passed UAEC 200, you will receive two hours of college credit, and move on The Gateway Session marks the beginning of your first Early College course, UAEC 200: Gateway Academic Potential and is offered on the UA Campus or online. After participating in this session, you will complete the UAEC 200 course over the following 4 weeks.
Step 3: Early College General Education Courses ("core curriculum")Early College students may continue taking courses through the summer after high school graduation.
These courses are:
Student-centered instructors, peer coaches, and a staff support team surround Early College students and parents with a strong support network. Students also have full access to University resources and technical support.
