UA Early College allows high school students to earn college credit while still living at home. This, along with our scholarships, is a great way to save money.
After completion of the UAEC 200 course, we have scholarships available for students to help cover the costs of additional UA courses taken while enrolled in UA Early College. We’ve included information below regarding the various scholarships offered and the discount provided with each scholarship.
Tuition Rate
All UA Early College Students pay the University’s Distance Learner tuition rate. The Distance Learner tuition rate for the 2022-2023 academic year is $385 per credit hour.
What Is a “Credit Hour”?
Basically, a credit hour is a unit of educational credit. A course is measured by the average hours of instruction a student can expect to receive each week of the semester. Most college courses are 3 credit hours long, but courses requiring additional instruction (like courses with labs, foreign languages, or writing courses) can be 4 credit hours long.
